In
1989, Thomas Products helped pioneer the "Barcoding
Age" at General Electric Company by offering custom
designed assembly forms printed on high-quality laser
printers. These multi-part forms combined up to six
individual labels imprinted with barcoded serial numbers and
model numbers used to track production figures at GE's Appliance
Park.

With advanced
fiber-optic printing technology, GE Appliances still benefits
from the use of these multi-part forms in each North American
manufacturing facility.
